The third image is awesome! The arch and curves of the text you applied makes the image pop-out against the background that you cleverly kept flat and straight. This contrast worked excellently as well as keeping your self-portrait the only colored portion of the image. It's a really well done piece that is, in my opinion, infinitely more successful than the second image.
The way you manipulated the text in the first image adds to the wispy-ness of the fur on your hood. Good job!
